Certain properties located in the City are within the boundaries of the Montgomery County Enterprise Zone. These properties include, but are not limited to the two industrial parks, the Westside Commercial Area, the Route 16 Corridor and the downtown area. Benefits that are administered locally are the sales tax exemption on building materials and the property tax abatement on qualified projects. Other benefits are administered at the State level.
