Recognition of Visitors and Special Guests: Paula Nixon, Ameren Illinois Representative, to present award Progressive Cities for 2017 to the City of Litchfield.
Public Participation Applicant Comments:

Other Business:

1. A motion to accept the minutes from the October 19, 2017 meeting.

2. *** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the Citys general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills.

Old Business:

1. Discussion with possible action regarding Timber Creek Cottages request for financial assistance for infrastructure.

New Business:

1. Finance Dwayne Gerl - Audit presentation by Kerber, Eck & Braeckel, with motion to accept the City of Litchfield Annual Audit for the year ending April 30, 2017.

2. Water Dave Hollo Discussion with possible action on issuing billing adjustments to Jack in the Box and Western Oil for water/sewer service at #1 Corvette Drive.

3. Water Dave Hollo A motion to spend up to $2,984, plus shipping, with Hydro-Kinetics Corp., to replace the potassium permanganate feed pump and to have the City Clerk cut a check upon being invoiced.

4. Fire Woodrow Street A motion to purchase thirty (30) Innotex Gray Hood 25 particulate blocking hoods from Macs Fire and Safety at a cost not to exceed $2,250 and allow the City Clerk to cut a check upon satisfactory delivery.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

1. The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired. (5ILCS 120/2(C)(5))

2. Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting. (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(11)
