Zoning Board

The Zoning Board is authorized and directed to perform hearings on appeals from any zoning-related decision or order made by the Building Inspector. The Board presides over requests for lot-size/bulk variances in accordance with the standards established in the Zoning Ordinance and performs other duties at the City Council's request.

The Zoning Board meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00pm in Corwin Hall at City Hall when appeals/variances are filed.
