The Zoning Board is authorized and directed to perform hearings on appeals from any zoning-related decision or order made by the Building Inspector. The Board presides over requests for lot-size/bulk variances in accordance with the standards established in the Zoning Ordinance and performs other duties at the City Council's request.

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Litchfield, will hold meeting dates during the 2010 calendar year, the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 P.M. in Corwin Hall unless otherwise posted. All meetings are open to the public.
