Lieutenant R. Lee Jarman #95104 - Lieutenant Jarman has served with the Litchfield Police Department since 1993, having previously served with the Wilsonville, Illinois Police Department. First employed as a Telecommunicator, he was appointed an Officer in 1995, and promoted to his current rank in 1999. Lieutenant Jarman is a 1981 graduate of Litchfield High school, and a 2001 graduate of Eastern Illinois University Executive Management Institute. Lieutenant Jarman is a Certified Juvenile Officer and Breath Alcohol Analysis Instrument Operator.
