Large Item Trash Pick Up

The City of Litchfield provides large item trash pickup to residents twice per year. The Street Department schedules the trash pick up for Spring and Fall. A complete schedule designated by Wards is published in the local newspaper.

Pickup dates are assigned by Ward and published in the Litchfield News Herald or can be received by calling (217) 324-5253.

No tires, Railroad ties, brush, batteries or paint. Other questionable items can be approved by calling (217) 324-4716.
