  3. A motion to approve the quotes for City Hall Renovation.
  4. A motion to amend the regular meeting time of the Public Works Committee from 7:00pm to 6:00pm or immediately upon the conclusion of the Public Service Committee.
  5. A motion to donate property commonly known as 314 S. Brown Street, 338 S. Douglas and 409 N. Locust to the Montgomery County Housing Authority for the participation in the Rural Partners of Illinois, Community Development and Economic Growth through Homeownership Program.
  6. A discussion on the personnel authority under the Municipal Code.
