  1. A motion to amend the City’s Personnel Ordinance changing the mileage reimbursement rate from $.405 per mile to the current IRS rate. (2nd Reading)
  2. A motion to adopt an Ordinance declaring certain City equipment as surplus and authorizing their sale.(2nd Reading)
  3. A motion to amend the appointment process for the Lake Marshal position at Lake Yaeger. (2nd Reading)

  14. A motion to retain the services of the Fulton Group to review the scope of services for the overpass project at a cost not to exceed $500.
  15. A motion to accept the bids for various City surplus equipment and the authorization to sell this equipment to Litchfield Bituminous with a bid of $1,520 for the Tymco Sweeper, John Rundquist with a bid of $510 for the dump truck and Don Rauzi with a bid of $52.50 for the hand paver.
  16. A motion to adopt a Resolution citing the City’s financial capability to maintain the Litchfield Lake Dam.

  1. A motion to adopt an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of up to $12,750,000 Waterworks Revenue Bonds on the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois, for the purpose of defraying the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing improvements to its waterworks facilities. (1st Reading)
  2. A motion to approve Access Agreements for West Lake Residents.
  3. A motion to adopt an Ordinance creating the Lake Advisory Committee.(1st Reading)
