A motion to adopt an Ordinance changing the stop sign on east/west bound Kirkham at Douglas to the north/south bound Douglas. (2nd Reading)

A motion to adopt an Ordinance establishing the maximum allowable weight limits on designated highways. (2nd Reading)

A motion to adopt an Ordinance declaring certain equipment as surplus and authorizing its sale. (1st Reading)

A motion to adopt an Ordinance to annex property owned by Art LeVoy at 98 Horseshoe Lane.(1st Reading)

A motion to approve the expenditures associated with hosting the Festival of Trees by dedicating $1,000 for operations and production.

A motion to proceed with the sewer line evaluation in the Downtown Redevelopment Area with Remote Access Television Services in the amount of $13,337.50.

A motion to participate in the Ameren-IP Partners in Development Program and to begin the evaluation process with Ameren Staff.

A motion to authorize the purchase of a 2006 Ford E-450 Med-Tec Ambulance from Foster Coach Sales for a cost not to exceed $106,136.

A motion to approve a Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways for the installation of gates at the Tyler Street BSNF Railroad Crossing for $16,010.30

A motion to direct the design of the Water Treatment Plant using Lime Slurry and to increase the plant design contract with CMT by $22,000 to accommodate this change.

A motion to spend up to $30,000 for the purchase of 240 water meters with transponders from Midwest Meter.

Unfinished Business

A motion to adopt an Ordinance establishing a Special Events Liquor License Permit (2nd Reading)

A motion to approve the pilot plant rental agreement with Pall Water Processing, Incorporated in the amount of $55,000.

A motion to approve the pilot plant rental agreement with U.S. Filter Incorporated in the amount of $35,000.

A motion to approve a proposal from D&M Electricity in the amount of $3,100 for electric modifications to the existing garage.

A motion to authorize the purchase of miscellaneous materials estimated at $7,200 for piping and building work related to the pilot project.

New Business

A. A motion to approve variances for the Final Plat of the Stokes Addition,

B. A motion to approve the Final Plat of Stokes Addition.

C. A motion to contract with Economic Development Resources to perform the TIF District Expansion services for an amount not to exceed $35,000 plus travel and reimbursable printing costs.

D. A motion to adopt an Ordinance placing a Stop Sign on Kirkham at the intersection with Harrison.(1st Reading)

E. A motion to adopt an Ordinance placing Stop Signs at the intersection of Jefferson and Clark, making the intersection a 4-way Stop.(1st Reading)

F. A motion to adopt an Ordinance placing Stop Signs at the intersection of Jefferson and Chapin, making the intersection a 4-way Stop.(1st Reading)

G. A motion to adopt an Ordinance placing Stop Sign on Edwards at the intersection with Illinois Avenue.(1st Reading)

H. A motion to reduce the posted speed limit on South State Street from the Community Center to the main entrance to Walton Park, on portions of the road within the corporate limits from 40 MPH to 30MPH.

I. A motion to approve No Parking Restrictions on the north side of the 100 block of E. Union Avenue, extending from the apex of the sidewalk and the eastern-most apron for the entrance to the Clark Station, 30 feet to the east.

J. A motion to adopt an Ordinance placing Yield Signs on Kirkham Street, in both east and westbound directions of travel, at the intersection with Van Buren.(1st Reading)

K. A motion to direct the City Administrator to secure engineering services for Stop Light.

L A motion to adopt an Ordinance creating a 45,000 weight limit on Clark Street, from Maple to Adams. (1st Reading)

M. A motion to enlarge the sewer going to the west side of Interstate 55 to 15" and to authorize the Developer to proceed with the desired alternatives at the direction of the Mayor.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

a. "The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body…for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired." (5ILCS 120/2(C) (5).)

b. "The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body." (5ILCS 120/2 (c) (6).)
