Minutes of the Special Meeting
December 20, 2005

Mayor Thomas F. Jones called the Special Meeting to order December 20, 2005 at 7:15 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. City Clerk Marilyn S. Hartke read the Notice of Special Meeting. Present on roll call were Sylvester Jarman, Pat Timmons, Harold Ellinger Jr., William Cornman, David Rovey and William Dees. Absent: Greg Beiermann and Gene Cailey.

City Administrator Robert Knabel led a discussion on Capital expenditures for Fiscal Years 2007 and 2008 and a discussion on personnel recommendation for Fiscal Years 2007 and 2008.

A motion was made by Timmons seconded by Rovey to go into Executive Session at 9:20 P.M. to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body and to discuss salary negotiations. On roll call voting aye were Jarman, Timmons, Ellinger, Cornman, Rovey and Dees. Naye: None Absent: Beiermann and Cailey.

A motion was made by Dees seconded by Rovey to go back into Regular Session at 10:03 P.M. On roll call voting aye were Jarman, Timmons, Ellinger, Cornman, Rovey and Dees. Naye: None Absent: Cailey and Beiermann.

A motion was made by Rovey seconded by Cornman to adjourn at 10:04 P.M. Motion carried.
