Mayor Thomas F Jones called the Adjourned Meeting to order May 16, 2005 at 6:00 P.M. Present on roll call were Sylvester Jarman, David Schwab, Harold Ellinger Jr, William Cornman and David Rovey. Absent: Greg Beiermann, William Dees and Gene Cailey.

City Administrator Bob Knabel reviewed with the Council the monthly Standing Committee meeting schedules set up by he and the Mayor. The newly appointed three man committees will meet monthly with their Department Heads to prepare items for Council action.

Ted LaBelle with Crawford Murphy & Tilly discussed with the Council the idea and reason for the pilot plant, how financing has been applied for on the new plant and answered questions asked by the Mayor and Council.

There being no further business a motion was made by Rovey seconded by Jarman to adjourn at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried.
