Mayor Thomas F Jones called the Adjourned Meeting to order May 11, 2005 at 6:00 P.M. Present on roll call were Greg Beiermann, Sylvester Jarman, David Schwab, Harold Ellinger Jr, William Cornman, David Rovey, William Dees and Gene Cailey. Absent: None.

Ted LaBelle with Crawford Murphy & Tilly updated the Council on what had previously been discussed on the design of the new water plant. Mr. LaBelle introduced Richard Bernard Project Engineer for the Water Plant. He also updated the Council as to what had previously occurred and at what point they are at today.

Due to the amount of items yet to be discussed on the Water Plant and the Committee Meeting Schedules to be discussed a motion was made by Schwab seconded by Jarman to adjourn at 8:15 P.M. until May 16, 2005 at 6:00 P.M. Motion carried.
