Minutes of the Adjourned Meeting
April 21, 2005

Mayor John L. Dunkirk called the Adjourned Meeting to order April 21, 2005 at 5:30 P.M. Present on roll call were Bob Bertolis, Fred Jones, David Schwab, Harold Lankutis, William Cornman, Gene Cailey and William Dees. Absent: Greg Beiermann.

A motion was made by Lankutis seconded by Cornman to approve payment of the following bills: for sewer work at the lake – Midwest Municipal Supply $955.66, Cloyd Excavating $5,522.50 and Caulk Trucking $4,018.69, Young’s Roofing $3,840.00 for roof work on the Lake house, Wayne Davis Trucking & Excavating $5,925.00 for drainage work in the Northwest section of town, RCI Technologies $2,889.15 for completion of the GASB 34 requirements and Caulk Trucking $3,276.69 for Rip Rap at the Lake. On roll call voting aye were Bertolis, Jones, Schwab, Lankutis, Cornman, Cailey and Dees. Naye: None. Absent: Beiermann. Motion carried.

Alderman Dees addressed the Council concerning the recent election and some of his concerns.

Mayor Dunkirk recognized Darlene Kirby for her 24 years of service with the City. Darlene retired April 15, 2005.

There being no further business a motion was made by Jones seconded by Lankutis to adjourn at 5:40 P.M. Motion carried.
