Mayor John L. Dunkirk called the Adjourned Meeting to order June 14, 2004 at 5:30 P.M. Present on roll call were Bob Bertolis, Greg Beiermann, Fred Jones, Harold Lankutis, William Cornman and Gene Cailey. Absent: David Schwab and William Dees.

A motion was made by Bertolis seconded by Cailey to accept bid of $90.00 per hour from Loveless Tree Trimming & Removal Service, Carlinville, Il for brush removal after our bad storm on May 30, 2004. If the Loveless Service does not work out the second choice of the Council was Green’s Tree Service at $85.00 per hour. All hourly rates include 1 chipper 10" min, 1 truck and 2 men. Payment will be from the contingency line item. Motion carried.

There being no further business a motion was made by Jones seconded by Lankutis to adjourn at 5:53 P.M. Motion carried.
