Minutes of the Adjourned Meeting
May 10, 2004
Mayor John L. Dunkirk called the Adjourned Meeting to
order at 5:15 P.M. on May 10, 2004. Present on roll call
were Bob Bertolis, Greg Beiermann, Fred Jones, David
Schwab, Harold Lankutis, William Cornman, Gene Cailey
and William Dees. Absent: None.
The following people were appointed to serve on a
committee to study stop sign requests: Police Chief BJ
Wilkinson, Street Superintendent Jim Kirby, William
Dees, Gene Cailey and Dave Schwab.
City Attorney Brad Hantla discussed with the Council
the Grandfather provision of a mobile home as it relates
to the Zoning Ordinance. A motion was made by Cornman
seconded by Jones to authorize the City Attorney to
contact SW Planning concerning the difference in
interpretation as presented by the Planning Commission
to the City Council. On roll call voting aye were
Bertolis, Beiermann, Jones, Schwab, Lankutis, Cornman,
Cailey and Dees. Naye: None. Motion carried.
City Administrator Bob Knabel advised the Council
that the Country Club needs an easement for a waterline
across City Property adjacent to the Street Shed. Proper
paperwork will be forthcoming.
There being no further business a motion was made by
Lankutis seconded by Jones to adjourn at 6:03 P.M.
Motion carried.
