Mayor John Dunkirk called the Special Meeting to order January 13, 2004 at 5:30 P.M. Present on roll call were Bob Bertolis, Fred Jones, Harold Lankutis, William Cornman, Gene Cailey and William Dees. Absent: David Schwab and Greg Beiermann.

Doug Farr and Christina Anderson with Farr Associates outlined with the Council their Downtown Plan. They are done with their work, now it is our turn to begin our work.

A motion was made by Jones seconded by Bertolis to adjourn at 6:30 P.M. Motion carried.
