Public Works Oversight Committee Report and Recommended Action

A. A motion to purchase a Line Stop Machine from Hydra Stop in the amount of $48,937.35.

B. A motion to purchase a Dura Patcher and Tank from Hampton Equipment in the amount of $72,000.00 and to enter into a three year lease-purchase arrangement for this unit.

C. A motion to retain the services of CMT to begin the design and the planning process for the construction of a water line to serve Roller Derby and others.

D. A motion to allow the Park District to use City property to expand Walton Park.

E. A motion to pay $7,772.66 to CMT for their services on the Sallee-Ferdon drainage study.

F. A motion to direct the staff to prepare a preannexation agreement for the extension of a water line to serve residents on Harrison Trail.
