C. A motion to adopt an Ordinance to annex water

D. A motion to approve "The Promise"
production request fro $1,000 of Tourism Funds for
advertising and marketing promotional package and to
direct the City Clerk to issue payment of the award.
E. A motion to approve the Tourism Marketing Plan
advertising efforts with WSMI and WAOX radio stations
for tourism spot advertisements.
F. A motion to approve the Tourism Marketing Plan
advertising efforts in Illinois Magazine for three
time rate of $2,025.
G. A motion to approve the Tourism Marketing Plan
advertising efforts in with Mid America Midwest and
Mid-America Advertising Inc. Billboards.
H. A motion to approve pay request Number 2 to HS
Contractors in the amount of $34,233.75 and to approve
a Change Order in the amount of $2,225 for the
Wastewater Plant Encapsulation Project.
I. A motion to contract with Fuller Brothers to
repair the sidewalks around City Hall at a cost of
$9,558.
J. A motion to spend $1,750 for software interface
and licensing.
K. A motion to spend up to $3,000 for the coating
inspection on the 1.5M gallon standpipe.
L. A motion to pay D&M Electric $6,000 to
repair the electrical boxes which are located on the
upper lot of the Marina 1 at the Lake.
M. A motion to amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance
allowing Cell Towers on City facilities outside the

N. A motion to adopt an Ordinance increasing water
rates to cover maintenance and operational costs.

parking to three hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm on

C. A motion to accept the quote of American Legal
Publishing Corporation for the recodification of the
Municipal Code at a base price of $12,500.
D. A motion to enter into an Agreement with
AT&T for the rental of a cell tower on the City’s
Water Tank.
E. A motion to adopt the City of Litchfield’s
Utility Payment Policy in regard to the Library and
Park District’s utilities.
