Public Service Oversight Committee Report and
Recommended Action
A. A motion to authorize the hiring of a part-time
Telecommunicator to offload peak workloads and allow for
double coverage in dispatch during high-volume periods
and to have the City Clerk’s phone line (324-2022)
redirected to ring directly into the City Clerk’s
Office.
B. A motion to accept the request to transfer
property to the Montgomery County Housing Authority,
approve an Intergovernmental Agreement, adopt all
necessary documents and authorize the appropriate
signatures.
C. A motion to create an additional Class E liquor
license.
Public Works Oversight Committee Report and
Recommended Action
A. A motion to accept the bid for demolition of the
Tom Boy building from C. Grantham Co. in the amount of
$33,700.
