A. A motion to award the encapsulation project at the wastewater facility to H.S. Contractors of East Alton in the amount of $57,400.

B. A motion to approve Change Order #10 on the Wastewater Construction Facility contract with Korte-Luitijohan in the am ount of $6,610.00.
