A. A motion to adopt a Dog Sanitation Ordinance (2nd Reading, Council Letter and Ordinance was distributed for June 6 Meeting.)

B. A motion to adopt an Ordinance to annex water customer Joseph and Shirley Gasser. (2nd Reading, Council Letter and Ordinance was distributed for June 6 Meeting.)

C. A motion adopting an Ordinance declaring certain scrap metal as surplus and authorizing its sale.(2nd Reading, Council Letter and Ordinance was distributed for June 6 Meeting.)

D. A motion to adopt an Ordinance for a use change for Steve Gartner property presently zoned Agricultural (A-1) to Neighbourhood Commercial (C-1). (2nd Reading, Council Letter and Ordinance was distributed for June 6 meeting.)

M. A motion to accept Pay Request #22 from Korte-Luitjohan in the amount of $48,947.36 for Wastewater Facility Construction.

N. A motion to accept the low quoted price in the amount of $1,657.98 from Short Furniture for the purchase of carpeting.

O. A motion to direct the staff to take proposals for asbestos surveying and testing services for the demolition of the Tom Boy Building.

P. A motion to purchase one Kubota ZD/21F zero turn, diesel powered mowing tractor for Lake Lou Yaeger, from Nail’s Power Equipment at a cost of $9,052.50.

Q. A motion to approve a change order in the amount of $2,400.00 for the installation of dry wall in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Public Service Oversight Committee Report and Recommended Action

A. A motion to adopt an Ordinance amending the City’s Nuisance Ordinance sections. (2nd Reading, Council Letter was distributed for June 6 meeting).

B. A motion to remove from the table an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance regarding Kennels. A motion to adopt an Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance Number 2381 regarding the definition of "kennel. (1st Reading)

C. A motion to purchase six hand-held radios and/or four pagers from Mac’s Fire and Safety at a cost of $3,210.

D. A motion to approve the Final Plats for dividing Lot 24 and for a new Lot 5 in the Route 66 Crossing Subdivision.

Public Works Oversight Committee Report and Recommended Action

A. A motion to accept Changer Order Number 3 for the State Street Project in the amount of $34,000 for the extension of driveways.
