Public Works Oversight Committee Report and
Recommended Action
A. A motion to enter into an Agreement with CMT to
conduct inspection services for the State Street
construction project, not to exceed $115,000.
B. A motion to lower the retainage from 10% to 7%
on the Wastewater Facility Construction contract.
C. A motion to authorize pay request #18 to
Korte-Luitjohan in the amount of $260,379.00.
D. A motion to set a bid opening date of March 26
for the renovation of City Hall.

increasing water rates for all customers by 3%.
