Public Service Oversight Committee Report and Recommended Action

A. A motion to purchase a fire truck with the financing to go through the Litchfield National Bank.

B. A motion to adopt an Ordinance authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement for the real estate known as Professional Plaza. (First Reading)

C. A motion to approve the Plat of Survey for the Lincoln Square Condominiums including a 30-foot easement for water and sewer services.

D. A motion to adopt an Ordinance annexing certain territory to the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois (Professional Plaza Property). (First Reading)

E. A motion to adopt an Ordinance amending the zoning classification of land newly annexed (Professional Plaza Property) to the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois. (First Reading)

F. A motion to refund the building permit fees for the construction of the Spec building in the Route 66 Industrial Park and that the permit fee be due at such time as the building is leased or sold and that a lien be placed on the property until the permit fee is received.

G. A motion to approve the design and renewal of a single structure Interstate 55 Mile Marker 39 billboard advertisement and design and placement of Interstate 55 Mile Marker 72 billboard.

H. A motion to adopt an Ordinance annexing water customers. (First Reading)

Public Works Oversight Committee Report and Recommended Action

A. A motion to enter into an Agreement with CMT to conduct inspection services for the State Street construction project, not to exceed $115,000.

B. A motion to lower the retainage from 10% to 7% on the Wastewater Facility Construction contract.

C. A motion to authorize pay request #18 to Korte-Luitjohan in the amount of $260,379.00.

D. A motion to set a bid opening date of March 26 for the renovation of City Hall.

Unfinished Business

A. A motion to adopt an Ordinance increasing water rates for all customers by 3%. (Second Reading, Council Letter and Ordinance distributed for February 7 Council meeting.)

New Business

Executive Session

A motion to enter Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

a. "employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees" (5 ILCS 120/2 © (1).);
