Mayor John L. Dunkirk Jr. called the Special Meeting to order August 14, 2002 at 6:00 P.M. Deputy City Clerk Sharon Wood read the Notice of Special Meeting. Present on roll call were Robert Reid, Bob Bertolis, David Schwab, Fred Jones, Wayne Bishop, Harold Lankutis, Thomas Jones and Gene Cailey. Absent: None

A motion was made by Bertolis seconded by F. Jones to approve a change order in the amount of $9,500.00 for Korte Luitjohan for time and material changes and to authorize the Mayor to sign same. Motion carried with T. Jones voting naye.

Reid made a motion seconded by F. Jones to approve the second reading of Ordinance No. 2994 establishing the Montgomery County Enterprise Zone. On roll call voting aye were Bertolis, Schwab, F. Jones, Bishop, Lankutis, T. Jones, Cailey and Reid. Naye: None. Motion carried.

A motion was made by F. Jones seconded by T. Jones to approve the Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Agreement and to authorize the Mayor to sign same. Motion carried.

A motion was made by F. Jones seconded by T. Jones to go into Executive Session at 6:22 P.M. to discuss possible litigations. On roll call voting aye were Schwab, F. Jones, Bishop, Lankutis, T. Jones, Cailey, Reid and Bertolis. Naye: None. Motion carried.

A motion was made by T. Jones seconded by Schwab to go back into Regular Session at 8:43 P.M. On roll call voting aye were F. Jones, Bishop, Lankutis, T. Jones, Cailey, Reid, Bertolis and Schwab. Naye: None. Motion carried.

A motion was made by T. Jones seconded by Bishop to adjourn at 8:45 P.M. Motion carried.
